We are getting close!

I have been terrible at updating and keeping up with taking pictures. I am 34 weeks pregnant this week, and I just realized that we haven't taken a weekly photo since 28 weeks... oops! It really is the best time of the year, and we have been so busy with work, holiday parties and preparing the house for baby.
We have had some really exciting things happening with our friends and family... Tricia and Zack got engaged! They will be married on June 20, 2014, so we have a family wedding to plan in the next few months and we can't wait! Also, our best friends Hilary and Tedd got engaged and will be married on May 9, 2014... so that makes 2 weddings for Scotty and I to be a part of, and we feel so honored. One more engagement -- Emily and Jason got engaged shortly before Christmas and we are so excited for them too! Lastly, Katie and Jordan Johnson announced over the holidays that they are expecting their first baby in late July, and we couldn't be more thrilled for them and happy that we get to experience this parenting thing right along with them!

Here are a few pictures that we did remember to take since my last update:

 Scotty is quite the photographer sometimes, I guess he was making sure to catch a unique angle :)

Other baby updates: We had another ultrasound around 28 weeks to check for the choroid plexus cysts that were found in our 20 week ultrasound. Thankfully, they were completely gone! We were not too concerned about this and neither was Dr. Clark, but it still was reassuring to get an "all clear"... and it was really fun to see baby again. He/she had certainly grown since we last took a peek inside! This is the only good picture we were able to get since baby was curled up in a ball and hiding his or her face :) We can't wait to squeeze those little feet!

Overall, things have been going really well and baby is measuring right on track. Uneventful is good, and we are thankful for that... it also makes time pass very quickly!  I keep thinking how crazy it is that we will have a 10 month old for the holidays next year, and Scotty is most excited to finally get to play Santa!
We are at the point now that we need to start getting things in order, and I am really looking forward to washing baby clothes and putting it away, cleaning out and setting up the closet, and starting to pack a bag for the hospital on my days off this week.

Keep growing baby B! WE CANNOT WAIT to meet you!
